Westminster Frontier Technologies Forum (WFTF)

Event Description

To facilitate debate and high level dialogue we have established the Westminster Frontier Technologies Forum (WFTF - a successor to the highly influential Westminster Crowdfunding Forum and APPG) to enable industry members and others to meet and engage in constructive debate with partliamentarians and others on the key opportunities and issues for society, government and parliament.

We are delighted to have on the agenda, helping lead debate:

  • Lord Holmes of Richmond on Harnessing Blockchain for Good
  • Dr Jane Thomason on Blockchain: Speed, Transparency & Efficiency for Donor Fund Flows
  • Adam Vaziri & Dr Hans Lombardo, Blockpass on Decentralised Identity, the Opportunity
The meeting will be co-chaired by Barry Sheerman MP and founding chair of the BBFTA, Barry E James.

We expect a lively debate on the key issues of the day on Blockchain, Tokenisation, Decentralisation and Cryptocurrencies, innovation and regulation - and the matters that stand in the path of progress.

Some key connections will no doubt be made and there will be time at the end for networking.
